    Description

    The Dimatix DMP-2850 is a benchtop materials printer designed for micro-precision inkjet deposition of functional fluids onto a wide range of substrates. It is ideal for research and development in printed electronics, biosensors, photovoltaics, and materials science. The system supports user-fillable cartridges and offers advanced control over droplet formation, patterning, and substrate alignment.

    Cartridge Types:
    Standard Cartridge (Legacy - Available) :
    1.5 mL user-fillable piezo cartridge with 16 nozzles,  1 and 10 picoliters
    Samba Cartridge: MEMS-based printhead with 12 nozzles, offering higher resolution, improved drop placement accuracy, and enhanced reliability for advanced research and industrial prototyping. ~3picoliters
    Materials Compatibility: Water-based, solvent, acidic, and basic fluids

    Heated vacuum platen (ambient to 60 °C)
    Drop Watcher camera with drop analysis software
    Fiducial camera for substrate alignment and inspection
