Description
The JEOL ECZ-S 400 MHz NMR Spectrometer is equipped with a 24-sample autochanger, allowing multiple samples to be analysed in sequence without manual intervention. This improves workflow efficiency, especially for labs handling high-throughput NMR studies.
The instrument supports variable temperature control, with a range from -50°C to 120°C, making it useful for studying reaction kinetics, molecular dynamics, and temperature-dependent structural changes.
It is tunable to a range of nuclei, including ¹H, ²H, ¹³C, ⁷Li, ¹⁰B, ¹¹B, ¹⁹F, ²³Na, ²⁹Si, ³¹P, ⁸⁹Y, and ¹⁷¹Yb, covering a broad spectrum of applications in organic chemistry, material science, and biochemistry. If other nuclei are of interest, technical staff can provide further information on compatibility.
The system also features automatic tuning and matching, reducing the need for manual adjustments and ensuring optimized performance for different nuclei and sample conditions. This makes it a versatile tool for both routine and advanced NMR applications.
