Zwick Amsler 50 Vibrophore (1 of 2)

Capable of applying loads up to 50kN the Zwick Amsler Vibrophore is used for dynamic testing at high frequency. Each Vibrophore can be used to conduct high-cycle fatigue testing of samples in a range of loading conditions (tension-tension, tension-compression, etc.) to generate fatigue data, generate S-N curves or to be used to pre-crack specimens for further testing.

With the wide range of fixtures available on the machine we can accommodate a vast selection of sample sizes, from flat/round dogbone specimens to CT specimens. We also have the capability to utilise custom grips should the user have a bespoke component or sample to test. Alternatively grips can be manufactured if the test samples require this.
