Accepting PhD Students

PhD projects

I am currently running an extensive research programme funded by the Royal Academy of Engineering and the European Research Council on in silico trials of medical products, with a focus on cardiovascular imaging and implants. This area is where novel engineering and computer science methods meet regulatory policy.
I am looking for highly motivated and academically outstanding prospective PhD students and postdocs with interdisciplinary interests and backgrounds on: machine learning, artificial intelligence, computational mechanics, and computational fluid dynamics. I value solid computer science, biomedical engineering, physics, and mathematics training. Contact me with your CV. Check out the Supervisory Information below for what I seek.
