Abstract
This paper focuses on the management challenges in smart bike-sharing field and developed a maturity integrated model using an integrated project management approach. This model consists of three dimensions: life cycle phases, management perspectives, and maturity levels. An assessment metric based on this model is also presented which will be validated and applied in the case study in the UK. This research will enhance the capability and efficiency of bike-sharing projects, as well as facilitate the effective implementation of sustainable solutions for future cities and community resilience.
