Abstract

This is a protocol registration for a scoping review. The review aims to identify and map the current evidence base for teaching and assessing Psychology within medical education in the United Kingdom (UK). The review will indicate potential research gaps in medical education and highlight the needs of medical students in the UK. Findings of this review will also be relevant to medical education internationally, as Psychology is applied across disciplines and contexts. The research team has completed a comprehensive literature search and is currently in the screening phase.
