    Abstract

As project-based organizations and organizations involved in managing projects continually seek ways to withstand crises, disruptions and shocks, the need for an innovative approach becomes an essential task for project managers. In this article, we conducted semi-structured interviews with project managers working on different large-scaled projects and secondary data. Our empirical findings present 17 nudge tools to build resilience during the initiation, planning, delivery and closure phases of various large-scaled projects. We intend to stimulate new research directions for managing project resilience through the use of relevant nudges across the project lifecycle.
