My research interests are in children and adolescents' wellbeing, their experiences of school, psychometrics and measurement practices, and how subjective wellbeing can be intergated into education policies. I am a PhD Researcher at the Manchester Intstitute of Education, working on the #BeeWell project aiming to systematically measure and improve young people's wellbeing in England.
I am a Research Assistant for #BeeWell, where my role includes school engagement across Greater Manchester's local authorities in collaboration with the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA).
In 2020, I completed an MSc (Distinction) in International Social and Public Policy from the London School of Economics, focusing on wellbeing and education reform, as well as the role of NGOs and international development organisations in education. Prior to that I completed a BA (First Class Honours) in Comparative Literature from University College London.
I have also previously worked on education and wellbeing projects and reports with the Wellbeing Research Centre, the International Baccalaureate Organisation, and the Brookings Intstitute, and have experience teaching in schools in India and in England.
