Overview

Working under the supervision of Professor Alan Dickson, Dr Jean-Marc Schwartz and Professor Magnus Rattray as a Postdoctoral researcher. Using constraint-based, metabolic modelling for the optimisation of the Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell system, which is used for the production of monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins. Funded by the FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies (FDB) Prosperity Partnership collaboration, with the University of Manchester, University of Edinburgh and the University of York.
