The Faculty of Humanities is home to nearly 1,000 academics and research staff plus over 1,000 PGR students engaged in research.
We are the largest and most diverse grouping of Humanities researchers and teachers within one faculty in Europe with a reputation for the quality and impact of our research work.
The Faculty aims to provide a vibrant, collegial, performance-oriented and well-resourced environment that will support staff to achieve research excellence and international standing, to break new ground through discovery and application, and to work across disciplinary boundaries.
